There are two separate flows of money here, and only one of them is ours. Summit Captain charges your club a per-member platform fee once a year — that is the whole of what you pay us.
Membership dues and activity fees are a different matter entirely: your members pay them through your club's own Stripe account, so the funds land in your club's bank account and never touch ours. You keep the payout schedule, the refund policy, and the books.
